Dog bookings: here are the links for our daycare booking form, our boarding booking form, our current Terms and Conditions and our Code of Ethics – the links contained in the website open with Google Docs.
Cattery bookings: please complete our online application via this link; the Ts and Cs as well as Code of Ethics are the same for both our dog and cat visitors.

We are open 24/7/365 to care for your pets!
Admin (telephone, WhatsApp and email): Monday to Friday 10h30 to 15h30. As we are busy with the animals, please allow us some time to respond to your query.
We provide all feedback and updates via our app (Android and iPhone are supported and the app works internationally as well. Once you have enrolled with us we will send you a link to your pet’s profile.
Site Visits: you are welcome to make an appointment for a site visit – these take place on weekdays during office hours.
Due to the nature of our business and our various roles and jobs throughout the day, as well as to provide minimal disruption to the animals, we do not allow walk-in site visits. Please contact us to set up an appointment.
Closed for check-ins and check-outs: Saturday afternoons, all Sundays and public holidays

We believe in the Five Freedoms for animals, and while animal care is an entirely unregulated industry in South Africa, we strive to meet or exceed the principles of international best practice.
All pets are enrolled subject to confirmation of standard health protocols. These include vaccinations and parasite preventatives.
