As we are busy with the animals, please allow us some time to respond to your query. Please note that Facebook Messenger is not a reliable method to use to contact us.<\/span><\/p>

We provide all feedback and updates via our app (Android and iPhone are supported and the app works internationally as well). Once you have enrolled with us we will send you a link to your pet\u2019s profile.<\/span><\/p>

Site Visits:<\/b><\/span><\/p>

You are welcome to make an<\/strong> <\/span>appointment<\/b> for a site visit \u2013 these take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays by appointment.<\/span> Due to the nature of our business and our various roles and jobs throughout the day, as well as to provide minimal disruption to the animals, we do not allow walk-in site visits. <\/b>Please contact us to set up an appointment.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
