We are always working on making our application process as simple and streamlined as possible.

We are based in Chartwell (near Fourways), Gauteng

Dog bookings: here are the links for our daycare booking form, our boarding booking form, our current Terms and Conditions and our Code of Ethics – the links contained in the website open with Google Docs.

Cattery bookings: please complete our online application via this link; the Ts and Cs as well as Code of Ethics are the same for both our dog and cat visitors.

Hours:

We are open 24/7/365 to care for your pets! Admin (telephone, WhatsApp and email): Monday to Friday 10h30 to 14h00. As we are busy with the animals, please allow us some time to respond to your query. Please note that Facebook Messenger is not a reliable method to use to contact us.

Feedback:

We provide all feedback and updates via our app (Android and iPhone are supported and the app works internationally as well). Once you have enrolled with us we will send you a link to your pet’s profile.

Site Visits:

You are welcome to make an appointment for a site visit – these take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays by appointment. Due to the nature of our business and our various roles and jobs throughout the day, as well as to provide minimal disruption to the animals, we do not allow walk-in site visits. Please contact us to set up an appointment.
